When you begin to consider the possibility of purchasing a new home, please give me a call. I am available to provide you with all of the vital information about the many different communities located along the Treasure Coast that you may wish to learn about.
I am ready to furnish you with all of the MLS Sales and Active property data from the area that you desire to purchase a home, and work with you to evaluate a list of criteria to identify your needs and wants. I will then pinpoint those specific properties that meet those standards and fall within your predetermined budgetary requirements. You can then select those homes that you would like to consider viewing and I will schedule appointment showings of those listings at your convenience.
Once you have chosen a home that fits your needs and budget, we will address your specific terms for purchase and submit your pre-approval and residential contract for sale and purchase. From negotiation of those terms, to home inspection, and onward to the closing date, I will be closely monitoring the progress and completion of this exciting transaction to purchase your new home!
